We continue to be quite active in our feeding program for those in need in our area. With pick-up's on Tuesdays, Wednesdays (2nd and 4th only), and Thursdays. We also maintain our Delivery services for those not able to pick up, which is about 1/2 of our clients.For information on how you might get involved talk to Mary Kaye Messmer or Michelle Flynn.
We are offering VHI Classes (Vineyard Hopewell Institute) each semester here at the church, These are practical, intensive Biblical/Theological Studies where interaction with teachers and fellow students make for a wonderful learning environment. Talk to Ray Weickel or Mark Tippett for more information.
Youth group continues on Friday nights. All teens are welcome to come and also to invite a friend to come along. They'll truly enjoy themselves and find a rewarding experience with God.
Our "Transitions" (College/Careers) (20 Somethings) Group meets every Thursday at the Church. Let us know if you're interested in attending to confirm our times and meeting place.
We have restarted our monthly "Night of Worship and Prayer" on the first Monday of every month at 7pm. So make a plan to be there and join us to affect, in a positive way the People of God, its mission, the nation and it's people.
We will a Bible Study on Monday's at 6:30pm. It will alternate between Old and New Testaments starting with the book of Ephesians. Participants will be actively involved in the presentations for the week's verses, with the leader of the Group pointing out the finer more technical points of the passages studied. Should be a lot of fun! Others have asked us to undertake a straight up Bible Study such as this for some time. We will be meeting at the church.
New Group for younger adults, for those who graduated Highschool. They will start meeting next Sunday, April 11th at 1pm. Talk to Tim and Tina Holmes.
Fostering Hope Together is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating and preserving family values by delivering love, hope and resources to families in foster care (birth, relatives & foster) in their time of need. Donate via the website! There is a box in our lobby as well for donated items through April 30th.
