This morning I thought it appropriate to take a Sunday as 1a.a time to reflect. Reflect on where we’ve come from and why; reflect on the heart/passion that has brought us here. And our constant gratitude to be part of what God is doing in the equipping of others in that long line of followers of Jesus who proclaim and display His Kingdom
We talked last week about God's marvelous invitation to not only come into right relationship with him, but also to grow spiritualy after we do.
God invites us not only into right relationship with him, not only guarantees us eternity, but offers us spiritual transformation. His offer, his desire is that we would become more and more like his son Jesus, here and now.
As good neigbors how might we answer the car to hospitality? Mi casa es su casa! - My house is your house. Through spanish, this line has become part of American phraseology, meaning "make yourself at home". It is a phrase that tries to convey welcome, acceptance, and care.
As good neighbors what's the plan to purposely assure others? Display provision in the mists of need. I keep using the word "assure" because the bible dose not talk about insurance, like State Farm, but it doses talk about the assurances God gives us when we choose to follow Him.
